The JCS Service management module brings automated efficiency to call management and dispatch for organisations with field service operatives.

  • Supports up to 999 serviceable machines at an individual customer location
  • Supports identification of up to 30 different service call types
  • Supports optional planned preventative maintenance call scheduling
  • Supports optional recording and tracking of service contract related expenses
  • Integration with the JCS Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable modules permits product and customer account validation together with online credit checks
  • On screen inquiries which display open service calls in both a summary and detailed form at levels including Total company or Profit centre service territory
  • On screen call history inquiries which display all service calls (using reverse chronological sequence) in both summary and detailed form at levels including Technician and individual Customer machine
  • Management reporting of call performance by Technician within Profit centre territory for any date range, with the added ability to select by call type and/or machine model
